3)       Read the article on Canadian citizenship by J. Donald Galloway by clicking here.

 

4)       Based on the article by Patrick Weil, explain the ways in which citizenship may be acquired.

 

5)       Based on the article by Galloway, explain the main aspects of Canadian Citizenship law.

 

6)       According to Galloway, what are the most significant omissions of the Canadian Citizenship Act?

 

 

7)       Search the Internet and read about Canadian citizenship tests. Briefly summarize the requirements and give your opinion about these tests.

 

8)       Find a newspaper article dealing with Canadian citizenship (e.g. denial of passport, US/Canada cross-border issues, etc.) and analyze it.

 

9)       Write one question about citizenship law for the test bank.

 

 

10)                                    Pass in a written report answering all these questions next class. You can work individually or in small groups. There is no page limit, but ideally the length of the report should be about 3 to 5 pages.
